Rachel joined Professor White’s laboratory in 2016 to study the application of late-stage functionalization to drug diversification and metabolite synthesis. Her goal is for the results obtained in lab to be applied to a computational model, allowing chemists to predict regio-and chemoselectivity of late stage oxidations.
